Heidi Dien Ludwig
Heidi Dien Ludwig is a senior educational leader with over 40 years expertise in curriculum, instruction, assessment and data analysis for strategic planning. She started her career in the New York City public schools as an English teacher and reading specialist and went on to serve in many leadership roles - School Improvement Facilitator, Director of Grants and Compliance, Deputy Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, Deputy Community Superintendent and Local Instructional Superintendent. Heidi most recently served as Leadership Development Coach for New Visions for Public Schools.
Heidi has a proven track record of enhancing student achievement in middle and high schools in urban settings, and developing new school leaders. She brings to schools an extensive understanding of data analysis and program development for continuous school and system improvement.
She is an accomplished change agent and leadership coach specializing in utilizing data-driven instruction to improve student outcomes and college/career readiness skills. Heidi’s demonstrated leadership skills were honed across her varied district, regional, central department of education and non-profit roles. She is the recipient of Title I Distinguished Educator designation.
