Laura Rigolosi
Dr. Laura Rigolosi is an experienced and dynamic educator who has taught and mentored teachers at the middle, high school and graduate school level. Most recently, Laura has created and delivered engaging hour-long Zoom professional development workshops.
Laura is relatable and has worked with hundreds of teachers in Title I schools to strengthen their curricula and pedagogy, and increase students' literacy levels. She has extensive experience with one-on-one mentorships and large-scale workshops in a variety of school environments.
Laura earned her doctorate from Columbia University’s Teachers College, and researched reading at the secondary level in Title I English classrooms. Laura’s research-based approach to teaching and learning have resulted in hundreds of teachers shifting their pedagogy, resulting in higher student engagement and achievement.
